Bo Bice to appear at Morris Fairgrounds in July

MORRIS – Tickets for a local performance of American Idol runner-up Bo Bice will continue to be sold at a “steal” of a price until June 14.

Originally set to be sold for $30 after Memorial Day, Millennia Entertainment’s Terry Potter said the community deserves better.
“We really wanted to give the community an affordable ticket for the even and Bo’s performance, and a $20 ticket is a steal,” he said. “... we’ve had such a great response with the $20 ticket that we’ve decided to extend the sale to Flag Day.”

Tickets will be available in Norwich at Hayes Office Products, The Sleep Shop, and Route 8 Auto in New Berlin.

The performance, set to take place Saturday, July 1 at the Otsego County Fairgrounds, will feature Bice as part of the second annual Fireworks Over the Fairgrounds. Local band Red Light District will also be performing.

Other events such as free karaoke, New York State’s largest horseshoe tournament, inflatable rides for kids, a Classic Car show, a Sportsman’s Challenge featuring paintball competitions courtesy of Mayhood’s Sporting Goods, and a rock climbing wall courtesy of the US Army, along with food, merchandise and vendors, will also be included.
