Beverly M. Monroe, 76 of Norwich, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the Chase Memorial Nursing Home, New Berlin.
She was born on January 1, 1949, in Binghamton, a daughter of the late Carl and Cereta (Patrick) Bower and graduated from Norwich High School. She married Jeffrey W. Monroe on October 1, 1983, in Smyrna. He passed away on June 11, 2016.
