NORWICH – The Norwich Business Improvement District is celebrating its 20th Anniversary as the lead agency aimed at developing the economic and structural foundation of downtown Norwich.

The B.I.D. welcomes all to attend its Annual Dinner Meeting, beginning with a cocktail half hour starting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 14, in the Howard Johnson’s Ballroom on North Broad Street.
