The Chamber of Commerce presented its small business awards to area business firms at a special champagne reception at the Chenango County Council of the Arts in Norwich Tuesday. Pictured are, front row: Mark Golden, sponsor of the Sam Golden Award for Entrepreneur of the Year, Hal Skillin (Small Business of the Year, Skillin’s Jewelers), Shana Jaycox (Entrepreneur of the Year, ADS Creative Consulting Services), and Small Business Gem Award winners Rich Caputo and Ed Caputo of Caputo Brothers Painting and Liz Dawson of the Main Street Grill & Bakery in Afton.
