Chamber looks for new CEO
NORWICH – The Chenango County Chamber of Commerce announced today that CEO David Hall would leave the organization, effective immediately. The Board of Directors has agreed that in order to serve the collective needs of its members and develop a strong economic environment in the county, a change needed to be made.
“Membership and governance consolidation remain the Chamber’s priorities. The executive board is creating an interim plan to support those priorities,” said Chenango County Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Greg Sheldon.
Sewain Conklin, former Human Resources Director of Mead Westvaco, will fill the role as interim CEO while the Chamber searches for a permanent replacement.
