Designer and creator Robert Forsythe, left, and New York State Veterans Home Head Cook, JohnNesbit, stand alongside a gingerbread house constructed to imitate the new 60-million dollar Veterans Home Building Project currently under way in Oxford. The seasonal replica took 130 hours to complete and required 250 pounds of ginger bread, 6 cases of wafers, 20 pounds jolly ranchers 30 pounds sugar.
