Two men charged with Howard Johnson break-in

NORWICH – The City of Norwich Police Department arrested two men over the weekend for breaking into the Howard Johnson hotel, 75 N. Broad St.
Blake C. Huonie and Alan E. Trojan, both 21 from Walken, Minn., were charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny after allegedly entering the establishment and stealing food and clothing.
The two were discovered just after 1 a.m. Saturday inside Studebaker's restaurant and bar. Police say the two men were captured on surveillance cameras during the incident.
After being apprehended, each was arraigned in Norwich City Court before Judge James Downey and then released. Trojan will reappear at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, April 12, and Huovie at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, April 19.
