The credit union will open a unique 2,000 square foot full service branch that celebrates the history and heritage of the Chenango Canal. The branch will be a quaint one-story, wood framed structure, incorporating design elements reminiscent of the surrounding area. The interior will focus on warm earth tone colors and the use of natural materials reminiscent of the town’s earlier days when the Chenango Canal brought wealth to the area. Earth-toned tile floors and rustic wood beams set the ambiance for the branch.

“The new full service branch will offer 24 hour walk-up and drive-up ATMs for the convenience of the Norwich residents,” said President/CEO Frank E. Berrish. The branch will also include the availability of all consumer products, mortgage services, business loans and services, commercial real estate loans, investments, insurance, as well as trust and estate planning services.
