NORWICH – In addition to preparations for this year’s performances, students from the Amber Perkins School of the Arts took part in the American Dance Awards regional competition in Binghamton, May 11-13.

Not only did Perkins win first, second and third place choreography awards in multiple categories, seven students were honored as Regional Dancer of the Year. This distinction offers the award winners the opportunity to compete on a national level at this year’s national competition in Orlando, Fla.
