Norwich’s “Fireworks Over the Fairgrounds” celebration on Independence Day was dampened by Mother Nature, but that didn’t stop crowds from enjoying a performance by the country band Emerson Drive and a spectacular fireworks display put on by the Norwich Career Firefighters.
