New Berlin plans 5th annual community quilt show

NEW BERLIN – New Berlin is the place to be for quilt enthusiasts on Saturday, July 21 for the community’s fifth annual outdor quilt show.

The festivities get kicked off in the heart of the village at approximately 10 a.m., with workshops and children’s entertainment.

Linda Foote, chairperson for the quilt show, says starting the show in New Berlin was a way to bring attention back to the village.

“Someday I would like the show to resemble the show in Sisters, Oregon in which the entire community covers the village in quilts,” said Foote.
