The 13th annual Christmas to Remember Holiday Parade of Lights was held in downtown Norwich Saturday night. Winners in the fire department float category were 1st - City of Norwich George Rider Hook & Ladder, 2nd - Oxford Fire Dept., 3rd - City of Norwich Ontario Hose Co., 4th - Greene Fire Dept., 5th - Plymouth Fire Dept. Winners in the float category were 1st - GHS Federal Credit Union, 2nd - Wilber National Bank, 3rd - Norwich American Legion Post 189, 4th - Chenango County Historical Society, and 5th - Rainbow Redemption Center.
