Santa’s Secret Shoppe Door Prize Winners

OXFORD – On Dec. 1, the United Church of Oxford held their "Santa's Secret Shoppe" in the Fellowship Hall. There were door prizes for children, a door prize for adults, and a “Chinese Auction” held separately for the adults. Here are the results of those drawings.
The winners of the “Santa’s Secret Shoppe” toy drawing are: David Covey, of the 6th grade, who won a Hot Wheels 1932 Ford Classic, and Evangeline Westergaard, of the 5th grade, who won a plushy teddy bear. The toys were presented by Audrey Johnson on December 19th at the Oxford Academy Middle School.
Adults who entered the “Chinese Auction” were from both the Santa’s Secret Shoppe and from the Holiday Vendors Sale at the NYS Veterans’ Home. The winners chosen were: Pat Wakefield, Pat Dempsey, Jean Dodge, Donna Monroe, Debra Carlin, and Darlene Beckwith. Darlene was also the winner of the "Santa's Secret Shoppe" adult door prize drawing, winning a festive Christmas centerpiece.
