NORWICH – Before the Little League All Star playoff game between Norwich and Cooperstown Tuesday, City Council President Terry Bresina and Sixth Ward Alderman Robert Jeffrey presented a mayoral proclamation honoring Kathy V. and Sean M. Haley.

Sean Haley has coached and organized youth activities in the area for 10 years, including soccer, basketball and baseball programs, and Kathy Haley has avidly assisted and supported the sports leagues.
