NORWICH – The public is cordially invited to the celebration of the 26th anniversary of Guernsey Memorial Park (behind the Library) in Norwich on Friday from noon to 1 p.m. This celebration will feature the unveiling of the Living Willow Book installation. This living willow structure was designed and created by local willow artist, Bonnie Gale with funds provided by the New York State Council of the Arts, administered locally by the Chenango County Council of the Arts.
