The Smokin’ Joe Kubek Band melded Texas and jazzy blues guitars last night at the Chenango County Courthouse park and brought the large crowd - many of them out-of-towners - to its feet. Next on the docket for live music lovers is the Chenango Bluesfest’s show at the Fair on Tuesday. Terrance Simien will perform on stage Aug. 5 at the Chenango County Fair immediately after the Firemen’s Parade.
