Motorists will now be greeted by a new sign as they enter the Village of Oxford. The entry sign, handcrafted by A Wild Sign Company of Owego, was installed this morning by the village’s public works department. Stonework, landscaping and lighting around the sign is slated to be completed by early October, according to Mayor Terry Stark.
