A house on Eaton Ave. was demolished this morning. The property, which was recently purchased by NBT Bank, was torn down by Burrell’s Excavation. The interior of the house contained extensive damage and the cost to repair it would have been high. NBT has not yet indicated what it will do with the vacant property.
