Search for new principal begins

NORWICH – Norwich High School will have a new principal in just over five months, according to the district’s top administrator.

Superintendent Gerard O’Sullivan announced the timeline for the search process at Tuesday night’s meeting of the Norwich City School District Board of Education.

O’Sullivan told the board he had already met with the high school’s faculty to discuss the schedule as well as criteria for the search. The job will be advertised in a number of newspapers, as well as posted to education related websites, the administrator reported.
