Police looking for McDonald’s burglar who stole nothing but a bite to eat

NORWICH – Police are searching for a man who broke into the Norwich McDonald’s in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Norwich City Police Chief Joseph Angelino said the suspect was caught on surveillance cameras, injured himself in the course of breaking in and was unable to get access to the safe or cash registers before exiting through the front door empty handed.

“We believe the suspect may have been intoxicated or under the influence of drugs at the time,” Angelino said.
