On Saturday, the EITC Partnership Committee will hold its ‘Super Saturday’ to kick off this year’s tax season. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 99 N. Broad St., Norwich, the EITC Committee will offer free tax preparation for area residents. “If your household income was less than $41,646 through employment in 2008, you may qualify for free tax preparation service and you may be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit,” the flyer for the service explains.
