NORWICH – The Chenango County Council of the Arts, 27 W. Main St., announces the start of its 2009 Chamber Music Series on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. when Laura Klugherz and Steven Heyman present The Enchanted Viola, a program of traditional and new works for viola and piano. The program will feature compositions by Johannes Brahms, Dexter Morrill, Emmy Award-winning composer Laura Karpman and Latin American composer Roque Cordero.
