Authentic Gospel bluegrass at 6 On The Square Saturday

OXFORD – On Saturday at 7:30 p.m., 6 On The Square (6OTS) is proud to present, “On Our Way Home.” The perfect thing to warm up a cold February night is authentic gospel bluegrass music, and that’s just what “On Our Way Home” delivers. Their strong vocal harmony and solid instrumental arrangements will get you clapping your hands, jumping to your feet, and singing along to their joyful and uplifting music. If you like both traditional and contemporary gospel and bluegrass music, this is a night for you!
“On Our Way Home” is a NY Southern Tier based band with gentle and soaring harmonies and superb instrumental work on banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin. They have captured the best of church choir singing and five-part harmony in the bluegrass tradition. Jill McFadden leads the band with her beautiful soprano voice and she is joined by Elizabeth Hall’s alto, Paul Sabatine’s tenor, Dan White’s baritone, Paul Dean’s bass and John Harris on background vocals.
Purchase tickets on-line at the discounted price of $8, until the day of the show; $10 on the day of the show. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and all ages are welcome. The refreshment counter will be open offering specially roasted 6OTS hot coffees, teas and other delicious refreshments.
