The Norwich City School District’s music departmentheld its 10th annual “Music in oOur Schools Month” concert Wednesday night. Music in our Schools Day originated in New York on March 14, 1973. This year marks the 36th anniversary of the national recognition of the vital role of music in the educational program for all persons. The concert showcased all of the instrumental ensembles in the district, featuring the bands and orchestras from 5th through 12th grade.
