Doug Rougeux, The Bubble Man, performed at Guernsey Memorial Library on Monday and entertained those in attendance with his stories and intricate bubble sculptures. During the performance, The Bubble Man even placed a bubble around one audience member. The program was sponsored by a grant from Senator Thomas Libous.
