NORWICH – The City of Norwich Business Improvement District will hold its eighth annual Pre-Memorial Day Cruise-In tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. in East Park and the Frontier parking lot. Participants are invited to bring their cars or motorcycles to the park to show off. There is no charge to enter a vehicle or for admission.

Everyone who attends will be given a goody-bag and a lucky number ticket. Door prizes will be distributed throughout the night. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by DJ Dick Talbott.
