An electrifying combination of good vibrations, high volume and dance promises to thrill audiences this weekend at the Donna Frech School of Dance recitals. The action takes place tonight at 7, on Saturday at both 1 and 7 p.m., and again at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the Norwich High School auditorium, Midland Drive, Norwich.
