Three Norwich youths charged with felony burglary
NORWICH – Three City of Norwich youths were arrested early Monday morning and charged with burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy.
Two 17-year-old females and an 18-year-old male were arrested by the Norwich City Police Department after an investigation into a reported burglary in the city.
The three were each charged with one count of second degree burglary, a class C felony, one count of fourth degree grand larceny and one count of fourth degree conspiracy, both class E felonies.
They are all being held at the Norwich City Police Department awaiting arraignment in the Norwich City Court.
