Tyler Murphy

Tyler Murphy has been editor of the Evening Sun and Gazette since 2017, overseeing daily newsroom operations. A journalist with the paper since 2006, his reporting focuses on crime, education, and government. He also worked in the Albany area from 2011-2017 for a weekly newspaper and several magazines, while running his own photography and video editing business.
