Perry Browne rocks in celebration of new year

NORWICH – Students held the purple ribbon taught as Superintendent Gerard O’Sullivan, Board of Education Member Perry Owen and Building Principal Jen Post wielded a pair of super-sized scissors as Perry Browne Intermediate School celebrated the start of the new school year with a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. yesterday.

“We’re beginning with the end in mind,” Post said, stating that this year the faculty and staff at the intermediate school will “focus on developing leaders, one child at a time.”
