Sherburne-Earlville 3, Morrisville-Eaton 1
SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville won back-to-back games for the first time this season, and avenged a loss to Morrisville-Eaton Thursday afternoon.
Alec Shedden tied the game for S-E (3-7-1) with 15 minutes left in the first half getting a pass from Carter Cole, and Eric Muth had the go-ahead goal seven minutes later. Muth finished with two goals, his second straight multi-goal game.
The Marauders now have nine goals over the last two games. Head coach Mike Rodriguez says an alignment shakeup is the reason for the improved offense.
