Earlville Opera House hosts scary events

EARLVILLE – If scary witches and ghosts send shivers up your spine, perhaps you had better avoid the Earlville Opera House on Friday, Oct. 30 from 7-9 p.m. On the other hand, if you have a brave streak running through your young heart, perhaps you are up for a fright or two when the forces of Halloween make their way into the Opera House dimension for a brief time. Scary exhibitions and monsters are definitely included this evening.

If you do come, don’t let the Witches of Earlville snag you in their witches’ lair. We understand that children are delicious. Beware if they cast their spells and you find yourself unable to back away!

See the most ‘spooktacular’ paintings like the “Red Neck Werewolf” by real ghost artists in the Ghoulish Gallery. Ever wonder what it would be like to be married forever – it’s not a pretty sight at the Creepy Wedding. Be amazed by the “World’s Largest Lavender Diamond” or “World’s Smallest Moose” exhibits in Rippley’s Believe It or Rot! Meet the Owls of Talons that will visit that night complete with a haunting screech owl, a bizarre barred owl and an owl that is only known as “Big Mama.”
