NORWICH – The community is invited to celebrate the contributions of four individuals to Chenango County’s youth and families at an awards ceremony scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Chenango Community Cultural Center Theatre, Chenango County Council of the Arts, 27 West Main St., Norwich.

The following individuals will be recognized: The late Alton B. Doyle, who will receive the Overall Youth Advocate award, and Community Youth Volunteer award winners Donna Horner, Robert Goodrich and Frank Benenati.

Former Town of Guilford Supervisor Doyle was a Chenango County Youth Board member, teacher and coach. His daughters will receive recognition for his lifetime of achievements, according to Chenango County Youth Board Director Kathryn Clemens.
