NORWICH – The Chenango County Historical Society (CCHS) will hold its Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday at 7 p.m. The meeting includes the election of new members to the CCHS Board of Trustees.

Following the meeting, County Historian Patricia Evans will present a program on the history of Preston Manor. Preston Manor began as the county poorhouse, built in the early days of Chenango County. Today it is an adult care home operated by Chenango County Social Services.
