OXFORD – Oxford’s two-game winning streak came to an abrupt halt Wednesday night against Sidney.

The Warriors forced 21 Oxford turnovers, and limited the Blackhawks to just 22 points through three quarters. “They put on some pretty good full-court pressure and in the halfcourt,” said Oxford coach Tim Davis. “We were just flat tonight.”

Aaron Wood’s 12 points led Sidney, and Dylan Umbra scored 10. The Warriors limited Oxford to 30 percent shooting from the field.

Cory Seiler scored 12 points for Oxford (2-4), who host Afton on Saturday.
