NORWICH – Commerce Chenango and NBT Bank will present the Annual Economic Forecast Breakfast at Howard Johnson’s in Norwich on Feb. 10.

Kent Gardner, Ph.D., President & Chief Economist, Center for Governmental Research, will be the keynote speaker. The CGR informs and empowers government, business & nonprofit leaders by providing fact-based, objective research that brings clarity to issues. Gardner’s area of expertise is economics and public finance; he also has experience assessing the economic and fiscal impacts of major developments, institutions or policy changes on communities, regions and the state. Dr. Gardner serves on Governor David Paterson's Council of Economic Advisors.
