Hundreds of kids and families from across Chenango County helped celebrate the 18th annual Healthy Kids Day at the Norwich Family YMCA Saturday.

“Healthy Kids Day is part of a nationwide initiative to promote healthy living among children and combat the ever-growing problem of childhood obesity in the United States,” said YMCA Youth and Family Director Bonnie Tiffany. This year’s theme was “Put play in your day.”
