S-E plans “Wall of Fame” induction ceremony

SHERBURNE – The second annual induction ceremony for the Sherburne-Earlville Central School District Wall of Fame will be held on Thursday, May 20 at 7 p.m. in the elementary school’s new band room. The public is cordially invited to attend.

The Wall of Fame is designed to honor S-E graduates and staff who have made significant contributions to humanity, improved the quality of life, or achieved noteworthy recognition in their career or education.

This year’s honorees are:

James Carrier - Co-founder of the Veterans Appreciation Council; Board member of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the U.S.Navy SEAL Warrior Fund; Partner and Director of Marketing of Edgewood Management; Saluatorian of Sherburne-Earlville Class of 1980.

Randy Glasbergen - Nationally known cartoonist whose work has appeared in the Syracuse Post-Standard, the Wall Street Journal, Good Housekeeping, Weekly Reader, Boy’s Life, and The Evening Sun; Author of many books of cartoons; Graduate of the Sherburne-Earlville Class of 1975.
