NORWICH – The Monday Evening Musical Club presents the annual Scholarship Winners and Advanced Student Recital on Monday at 7:30 pm at the United Church of Christ, 11 West Main St., Norwich.

This year’s scholarship winners are Amber Kida, Ashley Nichols, and Morgan Gunther.

Daughter of Robert and Luann Kida of Oxford, Amber will graduate with honors from Oxford Academy in June 2010. Throughout her high school years she has been a member of the marching band, concert band and chorus. She is a member of the National Honor Society and an officer in the Drama Club. She has studied voice privately with Meena Conant of Norwich for several years. Amber has been accepted at The College of St. Rose where she will be a Music Education major with a concentration in voice.
