Cooperstown 7, Unadilla Valley II 6

COOPERSTOWN – At Doubleday Field, host Cooperstown plated the winning run in the bottom of the seventh to edge Unadilla Valley II in Otsenango Pony League play last week.

Cooperstown’s leadoff hitter in the seventh single, moved to second on a wild pitch, and scored on a hit to left field.

Austin Lewis went 2-for-4 with an RBI, two stolen bases and three runs scored to lead UV II, who host Laurens on June 22.
