NORWICH – The Norwich City Band will gather for its second performance of the summer season at 7:00 p.m. tonight in East Park. The performance will feature a variety of musical selections including “Manhattan Beach,” “Let Me Call You Sweetheart,” “All I Have to do is Dream” and “Phantom of the Opera.”
