“Alice in Wonderland” kicks off family theater series in Hamilton
HAMILTON – The live theater production of “Alice in Wonderland” kicks off The Palace Theater Family Series on Thursday. The Merry Go Round Youth Theatre visits The Palace in Hamilton to perform this unique award-winning adaptation of the Lewis Carroll classic. A fast-paced, up-to-date interpretation, this show is filled with zany behavior by wacky characters like the Mad Hatter, the March Hare, the Cheshire cat and of course, the Queen of Hearts.Never before has Alice’s harrowing journey been so much fun!
Bring your blanket and a light dinner to have a special indoor picnic (no ants or storm clouds) while you enjoy the live show. Tables (seating 10) and chairs are available, but limited for sharing. The hour long show starts at 6 p.m. and the doors open at 5:30 p.m. After the performance meet the cast for autographs and photos. Tickets are $3 per person or $10 for a family of 4 or more. Reservations are suggested.
