NORWICH – Tutors are needed all over Chenango County! Many adults across the county cannot read a book or a newspaper, fill out a job application or read to their children. If you, or someone you know, has an interest in helping someone achieve their goals through literacy, this could be the volunteer experience for you. No special prior knowledge or experience is required. Anyone can be a tutor. All that is needed is a desire to help an adult achieve their goals, patience to proceed at their pace and a little of your time each week.
