NORWICH – The Norwich City School District’s board of education will hold a special meeting to define its goals for the current school year.

“We all need to work together to move this district forward,” Board President Heather Collier told her colleagues Monday, as she reaffirmed the need for the school’s governing body to set positive, measurable goals.
