Bainbridge Great American robbed at gunpoint

BAINBRIDGE – The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at 8:56 p.m. Sunday at the Great American grocery store in the Town of Bainbridge.
The Sheriff’s Office says two males entered the store demanding cash, with one of them threatening the clerk with a hand gun.
The subjects left with an undetermined amount of cash and were last seen fleeing on foot.
The subjects are described as being in their late teens or early twenties. One is approximately 5 feet, 7.5 inches tall and the other is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall.
Both were described as having a slim build and each was dressed in all black with their faces obscured.
Anyone with information about the incident should contact the sheriff’s office at 334-2000.
