Driscoll named field hockey all-American

GREENE – Jahna Driscoll, a sophomore at Greene High School, recently received two postseason honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
Driscoll was selected to the 2010 Harrow Sports/NFHCA High School All-Region team, and was a second team All-American. Driscoll was one of 32 people in the nation selected to the All-American team, and one of 16 selected to the all-North Region team. Driscoll’s teammate, senior Abbey Wentlent, was also chosen to the all-North Region team.
Driscoll led the Trojans in scoring this season with over 30 goals as the Trojans won the Section IV, Class A field hockey title and advanced to the state semifinals.
