NORWICH – NBT Bancorp President and Chief Executive Officer Martin Dietrich announced four officer promotions in Norwich. Florence Doller, Leo Hurst, Joseph Skundrich and Thomas Sutton were promoted to senior vice president.
“These employees have provided extraordinary customer service and have emerged as leaders within their divisions and within our company,” Dietrich said. “I want to congratulate them on their achievements and wish them ongoing success for the future.”
Florence Doller is director of marketing for NBT Bank and Pennstar Bank and has been with the company since 1997. She oversees marketing and corporate communication activities in New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. Leo Hurst is credit administration manager for NBT Bank and has been with the company since 2008. He supervises the Loan Documentation and Collateral Control Department, which processes and tracks residential, small business and commercial loans. Joseph Skundrich is Springstone portfolio manager for NBT Bank and has been with the company since February 2010. He manages the bank’s national loan portfolio with Springstone Financial, which provides specialized tuition and medical financing. Thomas Sutton is regional manager of NBT Bank’s retail banking operations in the Chenango County area, which includes the bank’s flagship office in Norwich. He has been with the company since 1991.
