Coventry man charged with a dozen sex crimes
COVENTRY – New York State Police charged a Coventry man with a dozen felony sex crimes Monday. claiming he had sexual relations with a girl under the age of 11.
Forty-five-year-old William A. Liberati has been charged with six counts of first degree criminal sex acts, a class B felony, six counts of first degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police Investigator Michelle M. Marshall said the charges originate from offenses allegedly committed on six separate occasions between September and January.
Liberati was arraigned in the Town of Oxford Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
