North Main Street (State Highway 12) in the Village of Sheburne was closed Friday due to flooding. Tractor trailers are being permitted through at this time although delays can be expected. Friday evening, the lower end of East Main Street in Norwich was closed due to flooding. UPDATE: East Main reopened at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
