NORWICH – The first-ever Renewable Energy and Green Products Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Norwich Fire Station, 31 East Main St.

The expo will feature green and renewable vendors, food booths and demonstrations.

“We want to be a green city,” said Mayor Joe Maiurano. “This is going to show us how to do it.”

The event is sponsored by the mayor’s office, the Norwich Fire Department, Renewable Energy Information Network and the New York Solar Energy Society.
